Ingredients
1KG mutton,1 cup curd ,2onion, 2tsp ginger and garlic paste,1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder, 1tsp of garam masala, 1tsp of ginger powder, 2tsp of coriander powder,1tsp of turmeric powder, 1tsp of cumin powder,1tsp of black pepper powder, 12 cloves, 8 green cardamon,5 sticks of cinnamon, 2tsps of creaqm ,salt, chopped coriander leaves.
Cooking Instructions
marinate the mutton with the curd and salt for an hour....then heat the oil put whole garam masala and onion .when the onion turns brown then put ginger -garlic paste and add all spices and fry little till the oil comes out....now add marinated mutton and cook for while in a low flame ... now add water and salt if required as per your taste.....cook till the mutton turns soft in a low flame.At last put cream and coriander leaves ... and serve hot....
