There are these small, no office LLC's, taking the advantage of leaked information from so called Job pimps. I called them parasites.
So these parasites are growing and growing. Some one in new York, California will call for position in Seattle. So funny that these folks even don't know to pronounce the city names properly.
Interestingly, they conduct interviews on even Saturday,ask all sort of Questions and at the end after the interview, they will not even have the courtesy of responding back, what is the result.
Here is chronology how it goes, Some company like X gets the contract position from client like Microsoft or AT&T etc.The account manager and his boss, all have these parasite companies in hand.They know nothing about the skill set, just they go by word by word in JD. And submit 100 resumes.Since they get 100 resumes.If client pay 80 they start at 35.
OK finally, few ppl agree, get to interview stage. At that time there is deal break between the Account manager and sub contracting companies,may be billing rate.
And all stops and again some other subcontracting company get the chance to submit resume.
All this is big scandal going on in each company.
Especially, Mahendra satyam (Tech mahendra),Infosys,TCS.etc May be few folks might disagree, but that is fact.
Why don't these companies get the folks directly so that there is no middle man.Are you not capable?
Why don't you post the jobs directly, don't see any contract jobs on your sites.I don't think there is such a site even.
Candidate humble request is don't encourage these parasite. Always go with direct vendor. Never submit your resume to these parasites.
Be creative , work as volunteer, but never encourage these people.
Please Ask more Question to weed such companies.
like How many consultant have you placed with the client in the past.Etc.
Account manager or business Owner, please don't end up as parasites, don't use your power to suck blood from others. Be a creator of wealth, not eat someone bread.
**** if some one sells ounce gold for 10$,it is fake. If some one with 6 years IT experience agrees for &40/hr that would be a fake.
Be responsive, and create Healthy Atmosphere.
**This is not to Hurt any one feeling, an attempt drive consciousness and community friendly thoughts.
