Paneer Cutlet : Indian Food & Cooking Recipes

Ingredients
1)250 gm paneer
2)8 tsp gram flour
3)2 tsp red chilli powder
4)2 tsp chat-masala
5)1/2 tsp baking soda
6)salt(according to taste)
7)water
8)oil
9)Chopped onion and cilantro leaves

Cooking Instructions
1)First,cut the paneer into 4/5 rectangular slices.
2)In a bowl mix gram flour,red chilli powder,soda,chat masala,salt and water and mix with your hand to make batter.
3)Dip the paneer slices into that batter.
4) Heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry the paneer slices till golden brown.
5)Now,delicious paneer cutlets are ready to serve.
Garnish it with chopped onion and cilantro leaves before serving.
