I have to get Power of attorney notarized for SBI home loan in India,Where should I get this done, can this be done digitally?Appreciate your response.
Most of the Banks will do.Some of the banks will charge & some dont. But I suggest to go West DesMoines City Hall for the Notary. The officials are very polite & they do it with out any charge.
Recently we have got the power of attorney for the SBI loanfor more details check the below linkhttps://www.am22tech.com/attestation-of-power-of-attorney-at-indian-consulate/
Banks usually have notaries, they might be able to help. If not then UPS or fed ex store might be able to help. Have seen ads in Indian stores for notaries as well.
